Your body can heal itself… from anything!!

Did you know your body can heal its self from anything … but how ?

By creating a surplus of energy in a hydrated alkaline environment within the body

This is fundamental to healing and maintaining optimal health.

Here is a detailed approach to achieving this state:

1. Alkaline Diet

  • Eat Alkaline-Rich Foods: Focus on consuming plenty of vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, legumes, and whole grains that are known to have alkaline properties.

  • Vegetables: Spinach, kale, broccoli, cucumbers, celery, and bell peppers.

  • Fruits: Lemons, limes, avocados, and tomatoes.

  • Nuts and Seeds: Almonds and chia seeds.

  • Legumes and Whole Grains: Lentils, chickpeas, quinoa, and millet.

  • Avoid Acidic Foods: Minimize intake of red meat, processed foods, refined sugars, dairy, and alcohol.

2. Proper Hydration

  • Drink Plenty of Water: Aim for at least 8-10 glasses of clean, filtered water daily.

  • Alkaline Water: Consider consuming water with a higher pH. This can be achieved through water ionizers or by adding natural alkalizing agents such as lemon juice or a pinch of baking soda.

  • Hydrating Foods: Include foods with high water content like cucumbers, watermelon, and strawberries.

3. Supplementation

  • Green Superfoods: Incorporate spirulina, chlorella, wheatgrass, and barley grass powders into your diet.

  • Minerals: Ensure adequate intake of minerals such as magnesium, calcium, and potassium, which are crucial for maintaining an alkaline environment.

  • Probiotics: Support gut health with probiotics to ensure efficient digestion and nutrient absorption.

4. Lifestyle Changes

  • Regular Exercise: Engage in physical activities that you enjoy, such as walking, yoga, cycling, or swimming. Exercise enhances circulation, helps detoxify the body, and boosts energy levels.

  • Breathing Techniques: Practice deep breathing exercises, meditation, or yoga to reduce stress and increase oxygen levels in the body.

  • Adequate Sleep: Ensure you get 7-9 hours of quality sleep each night to support the body’s natural healing processes.

5. Detoxification

  • Sweat Therapy: Use saunas or steam rooms to help detoxify the body through sweating.

  • Liver Support: Support liver function with herbs like milk thistle and dandelion root.

6. Stress Management

  • Mindfulness and Relaxation: Engage in activities that promote relaxation and reduce stress, such as meditation, tai chi, and spending time in nature.

  • Positive Mindset: Cultivate a positive mindset and practice gratitude to enhance overall well-being.

7. Monitoring and Adjustment

  • pH Testing: Regularly test your saliva and urine pH using pH strips to monitor your body’s alkalinity. Aim for a pH level around 7.35-7.45.

  • Adjust Diet and Lifestyle: Based on your pH readings, adjust your diet and lifestyle to maintain an optimal alkaline environment.

By following these steps, you can create a surplus of energy in a hydrated alkaline environment, which is essential for healing and maintaining overall health.

This holistic approach ensures that your body is well-nourished, hydrated, and balanced, providing the optimal conditions for healing and vitality.
